Staffing Your Practice
Dental Providers: Could an EFDA be in your Practice's Future?
The idea of integrating an Expanded Function Dental Auxiliary (EFDA) into your practice could make sense in a lot of ways. If the thought has crossed your mind then you may find that the pros far outweigh the cons! Adding an EFDA brings the potential for expanded production, increased income and reduced stress. Training is close by, in-state, and can be very affordable, with significant scholarship and loan repayment assistance available. Course information (for current Certified Dental Assistants and Registered Dental Hygienists) is available through the Center for Technology, Essex (CTE). Please contact Kathy DeLucco for additional EFDA program information.
