Organization Governance

The Vermont State Dental Society is governed by an Executive Board of Directors who determine the strategic direction and oversee the administration of the society. The Executive Board is guided by the bylaws that have been approved by the membership. The Board, guided by the VSDS mission statement, has developed a strategic plan which helps to prioritize the work, and set goals for the society.
