Community Dental Care Options
This page is made available as a resource for Vermonters to learn about and find access to oral hygiene services/dental care - it is dynamic and ever changing. While most Vermont dentists accept Medicaid insurance, there are many alternative options such as Dental Clinics and Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs).
Dental Clinics are the home to dental team experts in their field that are dedicated to helping patients, regardless of financial stability, achieve dental health and hygiene that will be enduring throughout a patient's lifetime.
FQHCs are health practices that provide high quality, comprehensive primary care and preventative services. They provide services even if the patient does not have health insurance or cannot pay the full cost. FQHCs offer services on a sliding scale payment system.
